Motor Direction Control

Hi,
I built a circuit in LTSpice.Purpose of circuit is obtain 3 different outputs as cw,ccw and rotation.If motor turns to right CW output will be high and CCW output will be low and also if motor turns to left CCW will be high and CW will be low. In my circuit I have only one direction output.When motor turns to right output is square waves and when motor turns to left output is 5V. How I can obtain 2 different outputs as cw and ccw?

Thank you for your answer.Can I use 555 timer to determine direction of motor as CW OR CCW?
