OK not a request but offer. I have some old Mostek MK4118P-1 with datecode 8001 and original datasheet to go with them. They are a cute purple ceramic.
These are 1K x8 static RAM chips, 120 nanoseconds.
If I recall correctly, these were a real pita. If you kept /CE enabled and changed an address line, the RAM began an internal state machine which didn't accept additional address changes (they all had to happen at the same time). To prevent this, you had to delay /CE until after all addresses were stable. Not fun with old TTL.
