What do you need to know? I have the data sheet, but it's on (ugh) paper. My data sheet is 3 pages... dated 1978.

Pinout and timing are compatible with the MK2708 EPROM. It's a 5V-only part.

mneary, thanks for the reply, and my apologies for the delay; I've been out of town. On the 2708, pin 21 is Vbb (-5V). How is this pin designated for the MK3000? Thanks for your help.

I was sure I had it here, but now all I can find is the MK30000. On this device, pin 21 is NC.

Thanks for the help. NC on pin 21 makes sense for a +5v only part.
