MOSFET Switch Design

Hey all,

I'm supposed to use a MOSFET switch to design a circuit that implements the logical expression (A AND B) OR (A AND C)

I don't have any experience with MOSFET switches and I'm not really sure how they can be used in this capacity, so any information on that would be great.

Grab a couple of logic level, N type MOSFETs and try this out.
