Mosfet power H-Bridge Poblems

Hello all

I have a problem in this H-Bridge design
1- is this schematic correct ?
2- when i connect the h-bridge to Q1 (D--> 12V,G-->5V,S-->motor ) & Q4(D-->motor , S-->GND, -->5V) and it doesn't work and the MOSFET heats up very quickly

i measure the motor current at full load = 3 A max
and MOSFET supply till 30 A

A lot of people don't have eagle. It might be better to post the schematic in a .PNG format.

Do a print screen to paint (.jpg).
