Model Rocket Ignitor HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there!. I want to build a model rocket ignitor that when you press a button it counts down form 10. and then sends current to the electric ignitor to light the rocket. I want to use a 4029 counter and a 4511 7 segment Decoder. But i dont know how to put the two together and make it work. Can anyone please draw up a schematic for me? Thanks
