MISFET act as photoreceiver

Dear All,
Can anybody help me out in designing a MISFET which act as a photo detector and preampilifier . In my project the first component is the photo detector followed by a preamplifier.also i need to do the noise analysis in both these cases .Can anybody help me in developing its equivalent circuit diagram and noise model .

I willl be really thankful for any help
