microphone to turn on a transistor?

I turned on a L.E.D with a transistor using a light dependent resistor to the base.
I could also turned on the led by touching the positive and the base of the transistor with my fingers(touch switch).

But, how do I do it with an electric microphone?
Basic diagram would be good too?
