MCM6256 datasheet request

The MCM6256 is a 256k x 1 bit DRAM chip from motorola. I think it has been discontinued because I cannot find the chip information anywhere. I need either a pinout or a datasheet for it. If anyone has any information on it that'd be appreciated.

I think the 62 Series is SRAM and not DRAM because 6264 is a 8kb x 8-bit SRAM so 62256 must be 32k x 8-bit SRAM.

MCM6265 is SDRAM !!
