hi.. yeah i somewhat stuck. can you help me out. how can i send data (socket client) using at^sisw? ive read the data sheet a couple of times but it doesnt indicate how to send data using socket client. ive already accomplished the initial configuration but i just cant send data. please help me... please.. thanks..

Don't you just append the data you want to send after the command?

You do know the data is not ASCII right, it is from the GSM3.38 alphabet.

hi.. i really appreciate your reply.. but could you shed light on this topic. forgive me but im still a newbie on this stuff.. after you have configured the necessary parameters, is this the way you send your data?

--------- > you first type the command <----------
at^sisw=1,10

--------- > then type your message <----------
hello

--------- > close the connection <----------
at^sisc=1,0

is this how you do it? please help.. thanks..

That would be my first attempt. What happens when you do that?

I just dug out my datasheet for more information only to discover that it didn't cover that command. It's only three years old, but I guess that's a lifetime in electronics. Can you give me a link to the ATC document so we can be on the same page?
