MC14451 data sheet

Hey folks, so I have the above I.C. which is part of a tacho. I cannot find any data for the chip, as all data refers to an MC1445 which is clearly not the part, as mine has traces going to pins that are not used, aside from the fact this is a 16 pin vs the 14 pins of the 1445.
So my part has a crystal attached and is part of the tacho gate from what I can make out...
Can anyone shed light on this mysterious part?

It is clearly an oscillator I.C. but I really could do with finding the pinouts

Having looked all around the interwebs, I found this old thread right here on ETO:

A CD4536 is an old single-IC favourite. It has a 24 stage divider AND an oscillator AND runs straight off 5 to 20 V It's used in this kit. illustrated_assembly_manual_k6200.pdf
