LTspice SMPS sim wont even start switching the FETs

Hello,
Do you know why this LTspice simulation of a synchronous 2 transistor forward converter using LTC3705 and LTC3706 won’t even start switching the fets?

One thing...Q1 and Q2 don't have way to turn on(?).
each need resistor from base to +V

I reduced things to try to get anything going. And it does not start.
Changed top gate drive.

Attached the LTC3705 file that does work.
