There is an XOR device/symbol in the 'Digital' folder in the standard LTSpice download. Why do you need to create one? Or are you asking what basic logic elements (and/or/invert) are needed to make up an XOR device and how do you create custom symbols? Have you pressed F1 to check the LTSpice 'Help' ?
