How come low or lowered power CPUs that is removable/insertable into M/B socket can't be found in our market commonly, e.i. letter T or GE suffixed CPU series of Intel and AMD respectively ?

only that of being BGA or FPn (n is integer number) e.i. hardwired socket of Intel and AMD respectively can be?

I don't get what you mean on that - any PC parts place sells CPUs that fit sockets?
(Or what you mean by a "hardwired" socket?)

You need to give some example part numbers, or the socket type you want the CPU for??
