looping one minute beeper for jogging circuit

Need a really simple, non-accurate timer for running and biking at different heart rates. Can build from any schematic, but lost all mine. Are there micro-speakers available. A range from one to 10 minutes. It's a real pain remembering to look at a second hand every minute!!!

You can also semi-engineer a circuit based upon your needs. This circuit could include a basic 555 timer circuit, with a rotary range switch. The switch could select different capacitor values for the timing that you're looking for.
