Looking for IC that can give stable negative power ?

As mentioned . I am looking for IC that can give stable negative power without 7660 because of it's instability. Thank you !
 
Not sure what you mean by instability. If you mean unregulated, there are many other charge pump ICs from Linear Technology and Maxim, and some of them have on-board regulators.

Your question is missing many (All?) details.
What is the input positive voltage?
What is the output negative voltage?
What is the output current?

Agreed! The ICL7660 is a great little device... If you are trying to get more than a couple of mA's out then the datasheet advises using 100uf caps instead of the normal 10uf... Some of the LTCxxx charge pumps will go as high as 100mA.
