Looking for Capacitor details

I have a capacitor for which I actually found this datasheet. The logo corresponds and its size as well but I can't figure out what its value is.
On the capacitor it is written the following:
B32592 U4
1U K 450

I am thinking it is 450 Volts although the datasheet does not have this voltage value
and the K probably represents 10% but what is U4 and 1U?

I had the brilliant idea to measure its capacitance duhh... and it is 1uF but can I be sure about the 450Volts?
and I am left with the U4 unknown.

No idea what the rest mean, but it's not important - it's clearly marked as 1uF 450V.

This type of capacitor is usually the startup capacitor in a SMPSU, and commonly fails.
