Looking for a USB to microSDXC interface

If I want to interface USB to a microSDXC card, do they have any ASICs that can translate directly? Or is this always done via an MCU? Anyone have a recommended MCU for this application?

You cannot even buy the connectors separately for that cost..

If you want to use them in another project, just crack the casing off and use the PCB.
