Looking for a solderable MMC or SD card socket, through hole or surface mount. Suggestions? Vendors?

Estonia is a bit far for you?
But can't you get a hold of old/used card readers? you can unsolder all kinds of sockets from there. For a few dollars you should get one.

Here they cost 2-5$ a piece. But shipping to Canada.... a bit too much probably
