Looking for a datasheet and equivalent

Dear Friends,

My PINOEER amps' two transistors have burned.I am looking for datasheets of 2SC3281 and 2SA1302. Meantime,If someone knows an equivalent please tell me OR give me any links.

Some mistake: 2SA/B are PNP devices, 2SC/D are NPN devices

2SC - NPN HF

I have for 2SC3281 -> 2SC4029 as replacement
and for 2SA1302 -> 2SA1553
