Hi guys,
I am working on a Philips monitor (Model 107P20) that has a possible damaged
thyristor (BT169). I couldn't get any replacement in the area
that I live, so if someone knows a general equivalent for this
one I would really appreciate any input,
Thanks a lot

Al

PS there is a datasheet on the Philips web site

2N5064, EC103B Teccor, P0102BA ST Micro, or NTE5404 (ECG5404) should work...

Datasheets...

2N5064

NTE5404

Mouser stocks the P0102BA and also the 2N5064...

Hi ChrisP,
thanks for your reply,
I 'm gonna take a look around if I can get one of those
that you mention,
and if I don't get it I'll check Mouser site,
Thank you very much,

Al :)
