Looking for a BCD counter

I wonder if anybody can help me with this one?

I'm looking for a BCD counter with a 4 digit display.
The counter is triggered on the falling edge of a waveform, and stopped on the rising edge.

The event being measured is less than 20mS.


Any Help would be greatly appreicated.
