Load Hex File To TFP2

Hi Friends I am using Flash Programmer Model TFP2 for programming i am unable to load hex file to TFP2 programmer i am try to add hex file after processed by checksum.exe and i am using hyperterminal for loading hex file to TFP2 programmer hyperterminal shows TFP2 eeprom verification error after power on the TFP2 programmer. any other way to load hex file to TFP2 programmer any tutorials available for that thanks in advance Please tell me how to rectify that TFP2 eeprom verification error
