LM565 PLL

Hi does anyone know where I can get hold of the LM565 PLL its been discontinued for some time.

Does anyone know of a suitable replacement part ive tried the 4046 but it seems quite a bit different.

National make the LM567 tone decoder/PLL its an 8 pin device as opoosed to the 14pin LM565 whats the difference???? between these devices
