Little AV project

Hi, I couldn't think of anywhere better to ask the questions.

I'm wanting to make a switch box for an AV Video feed. I'm fitting 2 bullet cams to my car, one front facing, the other rear facing, and I would like a toggle switch to flick between the feeds.

There is one that I can find on the market, but its waaaay to pricey for what I consider to be a simple item.

Could someone give me some info on how AV (RCA) plugs are wired, what wires I would need to switch etc?

Just an SPDT toggle switch, and switch the inner core of the wire, that's all you need to do, the outer shielding should all be joined togther.
