Hello,
Just wondered if anyone knows of a sync Buck converter controller (preferably from linear.com) which has facility to interleave with 8 other same controllers?
(ie, each one switching 360/8 degrees apart.)
Spec for each buck is
Vin=24v, vout=1.5v, iout=12A (each), ton(minimum)<200ns,
(so the entire, collective output is 1.5V & 8*12A)

LTC3890 (dual controller) with LTC6909 (8 output spread spectrum oscillator). Design with the LTC3890 as though you were designing a single output 12A per phase converter, then join the ITH pins together and the FB pins together and the SS pins together. Then connect the outputs of each controller together and they should share current to within about 3%.

Alas in LTspice you cannot simulate an external clock being applied to a dc/dc converter. LTspice just ain't built that way
