Hi all, I found a pcb with some components attached in an LED light bulb. The bulb is not a smart bulb as far as I know. Does anyone know what this is?

It's a tiny switched-mode power supply / regulator to provide a low voltage constant current drive to the original LED(s) in the lamp.

Think of it as being a bit like the guts of a phone charger, though not exactly the same.
