LG Plasma TV

The device in the picture was salvage from an LG plasma TV, there was 20 of them on the board that drives the display. Have been unsucessful in finding what they are online. Was wondering if any one knew there voltage & current rating, & are they a MOSFET ? The only number on them is 45F122 & a strange logo.

That's a Toshiba logo, its full name is GT45F122, listed here as a 300V IGBT -
