LED video wall issues

I bought **broken link removed** for my personal business last year, it seems broken and I need to fix it urgently.

I failed to upload the attached image files and I don't know why. I just know there are parts of it failed to work, power failures or poor components contact? I tried to ask for help from VISS but still no respond now. Anyone know what I need to fix that?

I can say change the module or card which is not operating i have P10 pitch 10 module only Red Color i worked on it!

I just called them, their engineers may come to my place tomorrow.

great the website was nice may be good supplier manufacture.
what was the cost of it and idea behind this?
