LED video wall issues

I bought **broken link removed** for my personal business last year, it seems broken and I need to fix it urgently.

I failed to upload the attached image files and I don't know why. I just know there are parts of it failed to work, power failures or poor components contact? I tried to ask for help from VISS but still no respond now. Anyone know what I need to fix that?

I can say change the module or card which is not operating i have P10 pitch 10 module only Red Color i worked on it!
