LED Video Light Dimmer Not Dimming - Help Me Decode Transistor Names?

I did some testing and the ones marked 102 were all about 1000 ohm, but the one marked 472 was much less, then I found this

20 ohm!!!

OK, so replace the 20R, if you cannot get a surface mount type use a 0.125Watt 22R regular resistor as a replacement.

I was replacing a 20 ohm resistor, ended up using two 10s in series and...

As I used to jokingly tell my clients the product warranty ran out after the first set of traffic lights,, the extended warranty, the second set of traffic lights.
