Using 50 watt cob LED, with IC drivers on board, would like to wire for 6 and 8 in the series hopefully if possible. And we'll be using PC liquid cooling manifolds and pumps as well as CPU liquid cooling.
that's 300 and 400 watts, you might want to break that up into individual driver/LED pairs. not sure what the specs on your 50 watt LED (voltage drop, operating current, etc...) are, or what source of power you want to use, so it's kind of a vague question in search of a vague answer.
