Hi all,

I have trawled the net looking for a model for an LED buck driver so I can simulate a circuit in pspice, ideally something like the Supertex HV9910B or the model I will probably end up buying XP POWER - LDU0830S350. Does anyone know of a site where I could get these models, or a similar DC-to-DC LED driver of a constant current of between 350mA - 500mA? Input voltage from about 5V to as high as possible (but 30V is fine for my application). I don't think I have the circuit or pspice expertise to be able to create a model from stratch!

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I haven't found a way to import it into pspice but it simulated very simply in ltspice so I can just use my results there!

Thanks very much!
