Learn Microcontroller from scratch

Hello people I have TMS320F28377S TI Launchpad and I wish to learn and do some project with it. But I want to learn from scratch. Well I have some idea about interrupts ADCs, etc. as I had used PSOC 5LP for some time but I did some basic stuffs only and I wish to clear all my concepts about flash memory, ram, type of ADC, and pretty much everything. I have 7 days with me so please suggest some good resource materials.

I suggest you try and find a TI board, as you've picked a fairly obscure processor to get involved with.

Sorry, it was perhaps a bit confusing - a forum (or bulletin board) that deals with that device.

I searched for "Launchpad TMS320F" looking for university help or help from TI.
