hello all..
i wanna ask how to make a LDR+LED circuit.. means the LDR can count how much detect the LED...

the project something to count how much the fan can rotate if blow...

i want make a circuit like this..
so i can count how much the fan is rotating...


can i change the LDR with something another sensor for detect much accurate..
because the fan rotating fast..
if can what type of sensor i need?

Phototransistor or Photodiode both have a much faster response than a photo-sensitive-resistor.

Some PhotoTransistor circuits, found with Google, "phototransistor schematic". Try it.
