laptop motherboard help

As soon as I plug in the power adapter into the power jack the laptop turn on automatically . I don't have to press the power button !

Any suggestion where this problem comes from ?

Check your bios settings..... The USB boot may be set.... When the USB module gets power it will inform the PSU to startup....
