It's wired as a Stereo Amplifier.
A simple Google search for LA4440 would have given you the wanted information.

What DC voltage and current did you power the amplifier with?
What is your signal source? A microphone might need a preamp.
What is the impedance of your speakers?
Please describe the noise. Distortion, high frequency hiss or low frequency hum?

Did you build this kit? The soldering is poor, is it lead-free solder or it has no flux?

Make sure that you use capacitors at the inputs. Maybe 4.7 uF / 25 V with the positive side into the amplifier. This should have been wired up by the supplier.
