What should i do with the parts i have collected, ive got parts from a half dozen old CD players, about 3 monitors, 4 televisions, 2 microwaves, a few printers, a few scanners, a fax machine, lots of common stuff that i cant find a use for now and im scavenging new stuff all the time. now what to do with it? any suggestions?

I have several friends who rewound the microwave transformers for use in other projects. My recollection is that one result was a high current source for a 13.8 vdc power supply. I think the "how to" was captured in some amateur radio magazine article within the past 5 years. I've not done it myself but was told that it is not that difficult.
