Hi guys,
I need to dump the software from some flash memories. In one case is DA28F640J5 in SSOP package. For this one I already bought the adapter and I guess I won´t have many problems with the chip off reading.
The main problem I have at 29F128J3A from Intel in BGA package. I would like to get access from JTAG connection to read the memory and I´m looking for a programmer which supports this type of memory and a socket for it. Also the best way you think (tools, software) to go through JTAG pins. Thanks.
