Hi im new i want discuss about the protection circuits for apply in diferens inverter Half-Bridge, Full-Bridge. What u apply in your actual circuits, and how much oversize your IGBT/MOSFET in current and voltage, how u prevent the inrush current, how u regulate the power in your bridge. Thanks for read it.
