Is there some way to simulate A/D conversion with reference in MPLAB?

First of all, I'm working on PIC18F4620, I know that's imposible to directly simulate an analog signal on MPLAB, I'm doing it via Register Injection, but I'd like to know if there's some way to make the simulation of that register getting itself compared with my reference (which is pin A3) if only for the "Low" and "High" values (which can be inputted in Stimulus-> Assign), so it would get the value I'm inputting with "Low" and "0" with High", this way I would know the code for my A/D conversion is working for sure.

I don't think there's a way but it's worth asking.

Regards.
