is buzzer, piezo electric?

hi,
i want to know, is piezo electric buzzers like other piezo electric speekers?

A piezo buzzer is a piezo speaker (transducer) with a built-in oscillator. The piezo transducer in a piezo buzzer has an extra electrode for feedback to the oscillator so it oscillates at the loudest frequency of the transducer plus its housing.
