IRFP 253 and 2SK769L datasheets needed

Hi,
Does anyone know a link for the IRFP 253 and 2SK769 power mosfet
datasheets?
I have been looking on the IR website and Hitachi website, but I couldn't find those,
so if anyone knows or has information about it, I will really appreciate your help

IRFP253 N-HEXFET 150V,27A from International Rectifiers.
