FireAce New Member Sep 15, 2010 #4 Non of the data sheets had direct info. Tried before I posted. I did find 2 results with google pics. Appears to be G D S Will find out tomorrow when I get the remainder of needed resistors and complete the project.

I needed to know which pin on the MOSFET was what, BUT I just noticed it in the small print towards the bottom. Easy to miss. Thanks Last edited: Sep 16, 2010
