I want to use op-amp as inverting amp with a gain of (minus) one and positive dc voltage signal is applied to inverting terminal.
So I should get same negative dc voltage on output.

Which circuit I need to use??

Look here for "op-amps"!

Note that you need both a positive and negative supply to the op amp to get a negative output voltage.

I have already tried same thing as shown in attached file.
But the output result is 4.92V i.e. +Vcc.

It seems the pins of the model used for the opamp are not for LMP7721. Could you check this?
