Are you sure you really want to do that? At a probable efficiency of around 85%, your 12 volt input current will be about 300 amps.

Third world hell hole country where gas, gneerators and the like are expensive or impossible to get yet 3 KVA low voltage to line voltage step up transformers are just laying on the street along with all the switching components to boot.
