interfacing LCD with PIC16f877a

Hi,
i want to interface LCD with pic16f877a.can anyone give me some tutorials on that.any sample program for that.i required code in c rather then assembly.

They are somewhat compiler and controller dependant. There are also several access modes. Check the datasheet for your LCD display to see what controller it uses.
