Interfacing Atmel with 24Cxx eeprom

Hello all
Could U please provide me a code snippet interfacing an Atmel89c51 with an external 24cxx eeprom.along with circuit diagram.
I require just a simple example. reading/writng a value to and from the 24cxx eeprom.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
