Interface LCD touch screen

I am thinking to interface LCD touch screen through a micro controller. Can somebody please advice me weather it is possible with 8951 or 8051 or any AVR?

Basically i know only the size like 70x90 mm approximately. I am trying to get few model no's by googling. I just saw one TFT LCD Module by NEC NL4864HL11-01B. Please guide me if you know any model approximately of this size. I am planing to use AVR controller for this project...by the way I am trying to design a graphic calculator…please help me!
