interface ethernet with lpc 1769

I need to interface ethernet module with lpc 1769.
How do I write TCP/IP stack for this controller.
Could some one help me in developing C code in any compilers (like KEIL, IAR or anyother).

Starting a software project to develop TCP/IP stack on a forum is little bit too much.. takes thousands of lines of code. If you write one, you can actually sell it for money. The task is so demanding.
